1. Are the products of your site really handmade?

Certainly. All our products are hand made, traditionally, with the method of casting bronze and with a museum-like oxidization.

2. What are the products of your site made of?

All our products are metalic and are made of bronze.

3. I am looking for something specific, that I didn't find in your site. What can I do?

You should contact us immediately and ask us. We are more than happy to answer to any questions you may have. It is important that you have in mind that there is a large variety of products that is not in our web site. So just ask us and we will respond to you within 24 hours the most.

4. I really like one of your products, but I cannot pay via credit card or paypal.What can I do?

Just contact us and explain your problem. We can give you then a bank account, you can deposit the money of your order. Mail us your exact order and after the money transfer to our bank account is complete, we will ship your order. In this case it is important that you mail us the receipt of the deposit or fax it in a number you will be given.

5. Is there a return money guarantee, if I don't like what I have ordered?

In the rare case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an unconditional money return guarantee within 15 days from the delivery. More details about our return policy you can find in the Terms section
